Our time-honored notary public manual is updated and improved. The Pennsylvania notary public education book, which was initially developed and written in 2002 by Robert Worthington, Sr., Robert Worthington, Jr., and William Labkoff, Esquire, has endured many revisions and updates over the past two decades. It was originally implemented as required by the now-repealed Notary Public Law (Act 151 of 2002, effective July 1, 2003), and subsequently updated in 2017 in accordance with the implementation of RULONA (Revised Uniform Law On Notarial Acts, effective October 26, 2017). This comprehensive guide has been utilized by thousands of notaries across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Previously packaged in a three-ring binder, the manual is now available only in paperback, with saddle stitch binding. The language throughout has been professionally enhanced for clarity and coherence.
The manual is included for free when you register for the Pennsylvania Notary Course. This valuable reference material is also available for individual purchase so that you have access to this updated information prior to the expiration of your current notary commission. The material covered within this booklet may help applicants with learning the answers to the state's Pennsylvania notary public exam.
Another product which has recently been updated to this format is our Notary Journal / Notary Register. This is now also offered in a soft-cover version.
Related note:
